TERMS & CONDITIONS House Of Motion Studio Ltd ⸻ 1. General These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by House Of Motion Studio Ltd, including: • Dancewise (ages 3–7) • One Motion programmes • Adult classes and workshops • Events and short-term programmes • Bespoke offerings, including private bookings, parties, and tailored experiences By booking or attending any class or event, clients agree to be bound by these terms. ⸻ 2. Booking & Payment All classes and services must be booked in advance via: • the official booking system, or • a direct booking link issued by House Of Motion Studio Ltd (e.g. for private events, parties, or bespoke services) Payment is required: • in full upfront, or • via agreed instalments (typically three payments where offered) Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. House Of Motion Studio Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry where payment has not been completed. ⸻ 3. Packages & Drop-In Classes • Class packages must be used within the specified time period • Drop-in classes are subject to availability and must be pre-booked • Packages are non-transferable unless agreed in writing ⸻ 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled class or service will be eligible for a full refund or transfer. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. Term-based classes are strictly non-refundable, and the 48-hour cancellation policy does not apply. Missed classes are not refundable. House Of Motion Studio Ltd may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer or credit in exceptional circumstances. ⸻ 5. Class Changes & Cancellations by House Of Motion Studio Ltd House Of Motion Studio Ltd reserves the right to: • cancel or reschedule classes • change instructors where necessary A change of instructor does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling by the client. Where House Of Motion Studio Ltd cancels a class or service, clients will be offered: • a rescheduled class, or • a credit or refund where appropriate ⸻ 6. Health & Liability Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part. Any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns must be disclosed prior to participation. House Of Motion Studio Ltd accepts no liability for: • injuries sustained during participation, except where caused by negligence ⸻ 7. Children’s Classes Applies to: • Dancewise • One Motion (children’s programmes) Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and collection of children. Children remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian outside of class time. Any medical, behavioural, or additional needs must be disclosed in advance. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from class. ⸻ 8. Conduct House Of Motion Studio Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who: • behaves inappropriately • disrupts classes • poses a risk to others No refunds will be issued in such cases. ⸻ 9. Photography & Media Classes and events may be recorded for promotional purposes. Consent will be obtained for children. Clients may opt out by notifying House Of Motion Studio Ltd in writing. ⸻ 10. Data Protection All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. See Privacy Policy for full details. ⸻ 11. Changes to Terms House Of Motion Studio Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published and take immediate effect. ⸻
